So, when you start playing an online game (such as World of Warcraft), you usually have to create a name for your character. How do you come up with the name that you choose? Does it come from your favorite TV show, movie, book series or some other source from the media? Or do you use an online name generator? OR just randomness from somewhere inside your mind? I always see names on games like that and wonder just how some people came up with them.  |

I create a random name. Sometimes, I come up with good ones or I use my website as a username so people go check out my website.

I sometimes do that but I change out a letter or two to make it more "mine."  |

I spend a lot of my time putting together D&D adventures, which requires a lot of names, and I use random generators then mash them up from there. Random generators almost never make a great name, so I use it to inspire me.
