What clubs or organizations were you involved with in high school? Or if you're still attending high school, what are you a part of currently? (drama, band, sports, academics such as national honor society, etc...)
I was on the soccer team from my freshman year until junior year, playing on both the Varsity team and helping out on the JV (Junior Varsity) as well. I loved away games where we had to travel to other schools, the bus rides were always so fun. My teammates nicknamed me "Speedy Gonzales" because I was fast on the field, but also quiet, like a mouse. Haha. My freshman year I was in German Club, basically because I was taking the class, and because my best friend at the time was fluent in German, and helped me out quite a bit. She originally moved from Stuttgart about 5 years before that, but we didn't become really good friends until about a year or so after she had arrived. Then I was also on the National Honor Society for my last 2 years of high school.

In high school I was student body president. I know, weird right? It was a lot of fun and a lot of work, but overall I think my group of people did well at making changes and keeping them going making our school a better place. Some of the things we did are still in effect, which is great.
I played basketball, participated in track and field, and was a cheerleader. I cheered for school, of course, usually during the football season. However, I also cheered for the state and competed at a national level. It was quite fun and good times.
I was in the Show Choir. Essentially it's a mix between an honors choir and glee club. That was a LOT of fun, no joke. The show choir was probably my favorite part of High School.
Then, of course, there was the school newspaper. Everyone knows that I love to write so it shouldn't be a surprise that I was an editor for school paper.

I had no idea about any of that Teg! Haha, learn something new every day, huh? Somehow, I can't picture you as a cheerleader though, lol. (Please don't take that the wrong way!) You were involved in a lot of diverse activities... I didn't have that option really because soccer took up so much of my free time outside of school. There were too many practices and games I had to participate in for me to even think of doing anything else. Not like I was complaining though, I loved it. I should have mentioned, I played for another team as well, that wasn't associated with my school, which is another reason I was so busy.
