I am 100% sure that there have been times you could not stand a certain admin or staff member because of a character trait they had; I mean I think we see people all the time we cannot stand so I don't think online would be any different. XD
So that begs the question, what characteristics do you find unappealing in a admin or staff member?

People who think that because they are staff they are better than others. Those type of people usually end up on a power surge and it annoys me to no end.

The only one i have really experienced in the past is someone who tried to take control just because they have a skill you want them to use on a forum.
For me back in the day i had a Moderator who could basically code mostly any functionality into the forums and for that reason was really demanding on what to do and if it wouldnt happen they would go elsewhere.
I think things like this have calmed down alot recently and most communities are supportive.

Power hungry people. I can't stand those people. I have been in situations on a site where a moderator banned my IP for no reason before telling me in the chat that no one cared about me.

I agree with everyone on the power hunger admin and mods. I also dislike the admin who very clearly favor certain members over others. I've seen it happen to a lot of members on different sites and it often pushes them away.
