If you're rude, you're automatically off the team. Doesn't get any simpler

If you're rude, you're automatically off the team. Doesn't get any simpler Depends what you define as 'rude'. Everybody's version of what can be deemed rude will be different.

What I mean by rude is that they offend the website, me, or any other staff member for no apparent reason, etc.

I've never had a rude staff member, but if such were to happen I'd probably try to talk it out first. Though, on the current forum I run I have decided to be the only staff member. But if I found I couldn't do it alone, I would try and find a active member who I could trust. I'd also look at their posts, to see how 'helpful' they are, in a way, and to get a feel for their personality. Then I'd probably talk to them and get to know them better, and offer them a staff position. But since my forum is a Play-By-Post Roleplay forum, I don't really see myself needing help in the future since its a fairly small forum.

I basically give them few warnings, if they keep their attitude up, they are on verge of being demoted.
