How many of you guys are aware of this term?
Don't give those surprised looks. It's the burning topic out there, so you must have heard of big data, somewhere before.
Anyway, it's just normal data but is ridiculously big and it can't processed using normal traditional processes.
So, now what do you guys know about big data?

I only know of the band.  I really like their songs "Dangerous" and "Business of Emotion." Outside of that, never really heard it or thought of it much. |

Im aware of the term "Big Data" as i see it all the time posted all over LinkedIn.
All i know is its regular data but far too much for conventional ways to process so it would need to be broken down and checked for patters / trends.

I honestly don't have any opinion on "big data" other than the fact that I think most companies have new technology that pretty much makes "big data" a old slang term. |
