I prefer phpBB. It's my favorite software by far. I find it easy to use and lots of themes and plugins are available.

i dont have a favorite, i use phpbb now, they just updated after 7 years, its the same old junk, their support is completely rude and incompetent, good luck with getting a modification done, you can only bump twice
proboards is really good now that they updated but i had to leave because of adult orientated material, they kicked me off the support forum for no reason
i think im gonna get a xenforo, its all thats there thats halfway decent

Ive seen you around both on the Support there and PB. The only way to get a modification done on phpBB is literally to hire and pay someone to do it. Dave |

IPB 4.0 series, it's an amazing software, modern, sleek, simple, and comes with everything you could think of. It's horribly expensive for everything but it's worth it.
