I have multiple themes on my Steven Universe forum, since it's a fan forum I think making themes based around different characters from the show really spice things up and it also gives my members the option to choose what theme they can use.

I have multiple on mine, based on the versions of the forum. Version 2 is still available, and Version 3 which was released earlier this year, then I also have a "lite" version of V3 because a member had requested the option of something lighter to help her see the forum better, since the dark was too dark for her. I think it's good to give members different options, especially between light and dark themes because people are not all the same and have different tastes in what they like. So it's a way to attempt to please everyone. blaze, that's a great idea to have different themes focused on different characters for a fan forum!

I find it best for all forums to have multiple themes. If they have more than one theme to choose from, let the users choose the one they like. You always want to make your users happy so they will continue to use your site.

I like to provide multiple and seasonal that are only available during certain holidays or times of the year. Granted, so many holidays are so close together that it's hard to make them all and have them ready.

I only have one theme on my forum. It is easier to support and manage rather than having multiple ones. I'll make minor changes to it during holidays or special occasions.

We have multiple theme choices, usually one seasonal, 1 light, 1 dark and 1 whatever!

For my forums, unless it was hosted on PB, I only had one theme. It's a pain, especially on MyBB, to input all the custom stuff I had on my default theme, and then if I had the same theme just colored in a dark way, if I made a change to one theme's code I'd have to change it on the other. Ugh, it's such a hassle.

Do you have multiple theme choices on your forum or just one? I am a fan of multiple themes in the past but now I found that it's better to have only a theme and void changing theme more times. Only when you have a new theme that better than previous one then should do. It has more benefits when using only a theme but if your audience are teen girls/boys then you should have an option for multiple theme choices for them...which I want to say is it depends on your audience.

I have multiple choices on my forum as far as "themes" go. I try to pick "themes" that go along with the niche' of the forum, however, I like providing different ones so that members can have different choices. Everyone has different opinions about what looks better on a forum. There's always a discussion about light versus dark.

I prefer having more themes so the user can choose which one they like to use (plus, it's funny to change it for Halloween, Christmas, etc...)

I used to have multiple, but only because I had several versions of my main theme. I had PB 1.0 - 3.0 themes available, but would only update the main theme. It was too much work to consistently update older versions of the theme, and that would defeat the purpose of having a new version of the theme. I just don't buy into having a whole bunch of different themes. A forum's theme is like it's identity, and people should be able to instantly recognize it. Plus I ran a promotion forum, so there were a lot of extras on the theme for services, and I couldn't make a whole bunch of themes with all of those tweaks on them.
