Steak pie, chips and peas I think from now on, we need to post pictures lol (starting from the NEXT person, 'cause I wasn't able to tonight xD) Just for you!   Pineapple sausage with chimichurri rice (Peruvian style with veggies) & a simple salad with Tuscan Italian dressing! |

Mhhhhmmmm That looks delicious ⸗April⸗. I had Chinese take out. It was! Definitely hit the spot.  I wish we had leftovers because I would have liked to eat it for lunch today. But we do still have one link of the sausage left, so maybe I'll just cook that up anyway without the rice. |

Well, I almost forgot to plan out dinner so now I am going to have to run to the store during my lunch and pick up a couple missing ingredients in our dinner tonight, so I'll probably just pick up something for lunch also while I'm out. I still have to get confirmation on this but what I'm planning so far for dinner is baked chicken breasts with a sweet & spicy salsa drizzle, and a side dish of asparagus parmesan (to use up the leftover asparagus spears from last week). Maybe a salad also. |

I feel huge after today's lol ...
Although huge is probably the general direction im headed if i dont start to control what i eat now
I mean today i more or less stuffed myself on junk food all day then came home from work and had chicken curry and chips followed by pumpkin pie lol
